Cannabis legalization, both for medical and recreational purposes, varies from state to state. It’s a real patchwork from fully illegal to fully legal. However, on the federal level, it is still a Schedule I drug. This means that they think that there is no medical purpose for it despite all of the evidence.
As more people learn the fact and more legislators see the light regarding cannabis, we firmly believe that full legalization is now inevitable. But generations of stigma will still need to be overcome. That’s why Happy Leaf has such a strong education program.
