Cannabis Dispensary FAQ
Do you sell both medical & recreational products in your marijuana dispensary?
Yes, due to the fact that Oregon allows medical and recreational use, we sell medical and recreational marijuana. Of course, these aren’t necessarily different products. Marijuana can be taken for recreation or medical use depending on your preference, and we can help you to get the right THC levels.
What do I need to purchase from your dispensary?
In order to purchase marijuana in Oregon, you will need to provide any USA state ID, passport, or military ID that proves you are over the age of 21 and is current.
Medical marijuana patients need to provide current OMMP card.
*For Oregon residents we are able to accept expired IDs per OLCC.
Does insurance cover medical marijuana in Portland?
Unfortunately, at this moment of time, insurance policies don’t cover the purchase of medical marijuana. This is because federal marijuana laws prohibit it, even if it is legal to buy marijuana under state law. This is one of the laws we believe still has to catch up, and may change in the future.
How much am I allowed to buy and own?
The allowances of how much you can own are different depending on whether you are in public or private locations.
In public: 1 Oz of dried marijuana or 5 grams of concentrate
In private: 8 Oz of dried marijuana or 5 grams of concentrate
You can buy up to 1 Oz of marijuana or 5g of concentrate at a time.
I’ve never been to a cannabis dispensary before, how does it work?
If you’ve never been to a cannabis dispensary in Portland, don’t worry, we’re always welcoming. You will need to show an ID to enter the showroom.
Once you are in, a budtender will guide you through our products and help you with your needs and ask questions if needed. Payments must be made in cash, and we offer an ATM in our lobby to ease the process.
Can someone else buy for me with my medical card or ID if I’m not able to come?
Oregon requires ID for all purchases however we do accept phone orders with permission someone with a valid ID can pick up the order.
Are you a licensed caannabis shop?
Yes, all cannabis retailers must be licensed by the state. We are licensed as a “Medical Dispensary or Marijuana Retailer”
If you buy from an unlicensed shop you are potentially at risk if they get shut down and your records are kept, there is no reason in the modern dag to go to the black market, so you should stick to licensed vendors.
Does your dispensary have delivery options?
At this moment, we are offering In-store and phone call orders only.
I am a beginner, is there anyone that can consult & help me with my purchase?
